After "crashing" the super hero convention in Reno, the nigh invulnerable blue-clad super hero, the Tick, is deemed the protector of "The City." On his first patrol he runs (more like "falls" into Arthur, an accountant in a moth costume. They soon strike up a partnership. When the villainous and muffled idea men threaten to flood The City, the Tick and Arthur come to the rescue. Along the way we meet Die Fledermaus, American Maid, and the Caped Chameleon. The Human Bullet cameos.

The audio seems to have been pitch shifted up slightly on this release... Probably related to NTSC/PAL conversion I suppose. Kind of distracting me.

I was sooooo, disappointed in this download. I was looking to start a business breeding ticks and fleas as well as opening a boarding home for ticks while their owners are out of town.

This is a some kind of a cartoon, not a start your own business video.

Yea, the pitch in the audio is all wrong. If it doesn't bother you, that's cool, but I can't watch this show with the audio screwed up as it is.

uh. video is stretched to 16:9 as well as the audio shift. this should be 4:3......

unusable to me, anyway.
